Pittsboro North Carolina Wedding
Charlene and Edward's wedding at Fearrington House in Pittsboro, North Carolina, featured two noticeable qualities: a clean white palette and lots of greenery. This simple, yet sophisticated look made for a bright, and airy wedding day that was sweet, small, and totally Southern. Charlene is a bride who knows her style. She wore modern silver heels to walk down the aisle, chose a strapless lace gown, and accessorized with stud earrings and a veil. She also wore a gorgeous and modern statement necklace that looked more like a fashionable accessory than a piece of jewelry. And OnLoKtion Makeup made her look flawless.
Her bouquet, created by Mary Stevens, stuck to the neutral palette and featured lots of white roses and assorted greenery.
Fearrington House has a special charm and it was outside under the white trellis where the ceremony took place. To complement that, the couple had a wooden ceremony sign to direct guests, along with a white guest book table with programs.
The Maid-of-Honor, the bride’s sole attendant, walked down the aisle in a blush dress while carrying a bouquet with similar hues.
Charlene was escorted down the path to her awaiting groom by the tunes of Arioso Strings. Edward, who, along with his Best Man, wore a gray suit and pink tie. And much to the bride’s surprise, Edward was the first to cry, making it one of her favorite memories of the day.
The couple were wed on a blue rug custom made by the bride’s parents, who own a flooring company. After the two exchanged rings, vows, and kisses, it was time to celebrate.
They took their first photos as husband and wife outside of the reception venue while guests made their way indoors.
Their reception was just as bright and beautiful as their ceremony. Tables covered with white linens and decorated with beautiful arrangements that were placed around the room’s perimeter.
Fearrington Cakes provided the unbelievable wedding cake. Three tiers were wrapped with delicately rippled and colored fondant and adorned with an array of pink and white flowers.
The bride and groom’s chairs at the reception were dressed for distinction with “Mr.” and “Mrs.” signs and swags of greenery.
Krystal Kast Photographers captured the entire event. Although their wedding was small, it was warm and intimate. It allowed the bride and groom to envelope themselves in not only the love they have for one another, but also, they love they have for the family and friends they most cherish.
