Tryon Palace Wedding Inspiration - New Bern, NC
Tryon Palace Wedding Inspiration.
This styled inspiration shoot takes place at what is considered North Carolina’s first state capitol, the Tryon Palace in New Bern, N.C. This astounding and awe-inspiring location speaks for itself. But with the help of a few added touches of soft romantic florals and regal colors, a bride looks enchanting surrounded by the palace’s gardens and historic architecture.
Dreamed up by Trendy Bride and captured from the lens of Keepsake Memories Photography, this brunette bride lures you in with her dramatic eyes. She is styled with a classic updo and statement earrings.
Her hair and makeup complement the illusion neckline of her gown, embellished with lace appliques down the bodice.
Forget Me Not Florals created a sizable, colorful bouquet. The collection features pink and lavender roses, blue hydrangea, seeded eucalyptus and silk ribbons from HoneySilks.
The Pronovias princess style gown from Thornbury Brides features a stunning lace overlay skirt with an impeccable train.
The brilliant white impression of her gown stands out against the palace’s lush and verdant gardens.
She peeks through a wrought iron gate and heads down a tunnel made of greenery, where the sunlight lances through the sporadic gaps of growth.
On the steps of the palace, the bride can show off the train of her gown, appearing statuesque in front of the main entrance.
Along with elegant lounge furniture, a distressed table provided by Charming Quaint Rentals makes the perfect celebration spot on the lawn in front of the mansion.
A perfect palette of gold and purple creates an imperialistic impression. Jerrye Gordon Events combined dark purple tapers and gold candlesticks to mirror the gold chargers and purple vintage glassware. And to balance the size of the candles, a tall centerpiece echoing the bride’s bouquet rests in the middle.
A head table, small but similar in décor, is framed out with a floral arbor.
The thin but lovely addition makes for a gorgeous embellishment.
One last shot at the entrance to the Tryon Palace brings the entire experience full circle, showcasing this magnificent bride at the helm of an historic and impressive part of North Carolina’s history.
