Southern Pines Wedding.

Jacob and Elyse actually went to high school together and graduated the same year but weren't friends. She was a cheerleader and, according to his best man's speech, she didn't really notice him. It wasn't until college that their paths crossed multiple times ... his rugby team and her sorority...that they started dating. They have been together ever since.

Their wedding day was simply amazing ... Elyse is one of the most relaxed brides...and I think it was her type A personality that had everything worked out and scheduled that helped her stay so calm ... she was ready. They started off at Retro Studio bar with mimosas, hair, and makeup. Then they walked to the Jefferson Inn to get ready. Jacob met her outside for a sweet first look. Then off for some portraits around Southern Pines. They were greeted by just about every stranger with a big congratulations!

The site of the wedding was outside The Sunrise Theater. The theater placed, in big letters, "The Guillaudeus. Forever and ever, Amen". Elyse's brother walked her down the aisle and gave her away. It wasn't until Elyse met Jacob during the ceremony that she became tearful. The day was perfect and the ceremony was one of my favorite parts of the day.

After the ceremony, the party moved to 305 Trackside, the historic freight depot building turned into an amazing wedding venue in the heart of downtown Southern Pines. There was amazing food, friends, and cocktails. This group knew how to celebrate! Dancing from start to end. Here are a few of my favorites from this fun-filled wedding day!
