Pinehurst Country Club Wedding.
Q: What was the most anticipated or special moment of your wedding day? A: For the ceremony, we anticipated all of our thoughtful details coming together for a traditional service in The Village Chapel. Our unique unity ceremony was something we especially looked forward to because one mason jar of soil was from Braxton’s parent’s home in Evergreen, Virginia and the other mason jar was filled with soil from Megan’s parent’s home in Whispering Pines, North Carolina. We each poured to jars at the same time into our Magnolia Tree while Ava Maria was sung. This song was chosen as a tribute to the bride’s grandmothers who were joyfully surprised when it was sung.
Q: Do you have any wedding planning or marriage advice that you'd like to share with other couples planning their day? A: For us, we kept in mind that even though you are planning an entertaining event it is ultimately about making the commitment of marriage in front of God, your family, and friends.
