New Yorkers Sarah Ann and Kyle traveled to Charlotte, North Carolina for a classy wedding at the Mint Museum in downtown Charlotte. The couple's classy city vibe paired with a modern museum setting created a gorgeous backdrop for their wedding! Sarah Ann chose classic Art Deco touches and accents throughout to give the wedding a modern vintage twist!

Q: What was the most anticipated or special moment of your wedding day?

A: We both were very excited about the vows. This had been a point of contention because we both struggled to find the time and actually sit down to write them. However, when we finally were able to present the vows it was amazing how we encapsulated the entirety of our love and relationship in words. It was cathartic and emotionally powerful. Best Memory Kyle: My best memory was seeing Sarah walk down the aisle, she took my breath away. Sarah Ann: My favorite moment beyond our vows were the times that I stopped and simply observed who was there to celebrate with us. The jubilance was tangible and I could see it emanate from everyone there, especially my family and close friends. Having my dear friends be so involved in my day truly made it special. It is very difficult to choose one image but our favorite photo is our first true family portrait with both sides of the family represented. Our union was bigger than us and this picture showed that. Now there are reception photos that are some of our favorites, one of Kyle dancing with his group of male friends and mine is when my friends are wiping me down during a sweaty dance session.
