Our inspiration started with Ava Gardner, a 1930's actress (who was once married to Frank Senatra). She was born in the Carolina's, but made it big in Hollywood! We wanted to blend the the organic charm of the Lowcountry with Old Hollywood. McLeod Plantation was the perfect place to bring this story to life! The story of William & Etta was born. A girl who goes back to her roots for her wedding day. We love this rich color palate with the gold accents, which compliment the 1930's interior design of this gorgeous plantation! It was the perfect marriage of these two very different worlds! I can speak for each and every vendor who put their heart and soul into this inspirational wedding, that we feel incredibly honored to showcase this amazing home and property! It is a place that offers a soulful charm unique to itself among the plantation homes in the Lowcountry!
