Charleston Marina Wedding
Kelley and Luke knew they wanted to travel to Charleston for a coastal wedding, but they didn't want to be on a beach. Kelley found a stunning ceremony site at the Charleston Harbor Marina and fell in love with the view. She knew she wanted to keep everything very minimalistic and simple, so as not to distract from the venue. Her flowers were all white, and the greenery complimented the sea-glass accents perfectly. The sunset behind them during their ceremony was the cherry on top of their beautiful day.
Q: Tell us about your wedding! What was the inspiration behind your day? Did you have a specific theme, style or color palette? Did you incorporate any cultural or religious traditions in any part of your day?
A: The inspiration behind our big day was simple and coastal. We used navy and gray for our main colors with clean and simple white flowers and greenery for our florals.
Q: Do you have any wedding planning or marriage advice that you'd like to share with other couples planning their day?
A: Just have fun!. Enjoy every moment, even the hard and stressful ones. And when it’s the day of, just enjoy yourself. All of the hard work of planning and prepping is over so there is no need to stress. Take it all in and have fun!
