Matt & Haley's day was filled with a lot of love and a lot of laughter!  The couple and their entire wedding party were living their best life!  

Q: How did you meet? Tell us about the proposal. A: It would truly take writing and editing a novel to tell you our love story because it is, in fact, something you’d see from a movie (we’ve been told that numerous times actually) so I’ll sum things up. A spontaneous move out of state, a new job and training at a new job was all it took for Matt and me to meet and we instantly knew. Now it wouldn’t be a story without a stubborn girl (who knows what’s best for her but is too scared to take life by the horns at that moment) to put the pressure on but that’s what happened. Matt is the most persistent, gentle, and kind loving man I’ve ever met in my life. He was my best friend for months as the feelings blossomed and not once did he stop trying to impress me (still hasn’t) and always make sure I felt supported. I remember telling Matt I was moving back to Raleigh, NC when he asked if I was ready to take our relationship to the level and on a real date. Let me tell you guys, this man FLEW to Raleigh, surprised me by calling me asking “what my weekend plans were” when I heard an airport speaker and suddenly Matt saying “you said you’re ready, so I few here to take you on a proper date that you deserve” and it was game over.  A month later he found a job, we moved into a home together and life has been absolutely beautiful every single day we share together. We are the fairytale I hope to tell our children and other romantics in the world that if your heart is open, truly open, the right person will walk right in.
