Bohemian Statesville NC Wedding.

Since joining the photography industry, I’ve dreamed of hosting my own styled shoot and I knew exactly what I wanted. I dreamed of a bohemian vibe with blush pinks, muted greens, and dusty golds. I envisioned a tall arbor isolated in a sea of lush grass. I pictured a beautiful couple, a unique lace dress, and a large bouquet in hand. I finally had a chance to fulfill this dream and it was everything and more.

There were no real vows, no real reception, and no pastor, but wow - there definitely was love. The beautiful, married couple we had as models embodied newlywed love. And our vendors put love into every thread, brushstroke, and petal.

Before the shoot, all the vendors were given a mood board and color story. This gave the vendors insight into my vision. It also gave the invitation designer, florist, cake artist, videographer, makeup and hair professionals freedom. They were able to create something unique and magical, utilizing their own creativity and expertise.

I could not be more pleased with the outcome of this bohemian-inspired shoot. I personally got to work with an amazing, talented group. They truly were the dream team and I couldn't have asked for harder workers. The vendors’ drive, worth ethic, creativity, and passion inspires me to keep pursuing photography. They put all of themselves into this day and I am honored to have documented it. Thanks to everyone who participated. You helped me turn a dream into a photo.
